How returns work
- 30 days. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the shipping date.
- Opened is OK. Gently used or opened items can be returned for a refund of the full amount paid for the product.
- Return shipping. ImmuBiome pays return shipping only if a product arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Damaged or wrong item? If your item is damaged or defective, or you didn’t receive the product you ordered, we’ll email you a prepaid return label free of charge.
- Refund confirmation. You’ll get an email once your return is received, inspected and your refund has been processed.
